"The driver was most helpful and kind, and got us home in good time. However, no one at you end appeared to have informed him that there were 3 drop-offs, which were all on my confirmation email, and that really threw him. For three of us, it wasn't a comfortable journey, as we had to sit facing backwards and the ride was very jolty, due to narrow roads and numerous speedbumps. One lady felt so sick that we had to stop so that she could get out and sit in the front. Two other people felt sick travelling backwards. I tipped the driver £20 for his kindness.
I look forward to receiving the refund of £45 that you promised me, because ths was not a journey of 73 miles. Please see my previous emails."

"It was fine. But a different number plate on the car that arrived than I was told would turn up in the confirmation message.
Also, the price was almost double what I would usually pay to and from the airport (I am a frequent business traveller), even a black cab, so, for this price I expected three things: prompt arrival efficient journey, both of which I got, but the vehicle itself was a let down. A more comfortable more luxurious car is what I expected, at the price I paid. "
